Model Selection...

Wow...(above images)

As you can see we had a lot of choice for a model, and the one above was the first one we looked at and all agreed we like her and thought she would be very good for our shoot. But unfortunately our time schedules didn't match and when we wanted to shoot she was unavailable. So our second choice was Hollie who is in the first four pictures. We are shooting next Thursday which is very exciting, we are shooting on Location at the model village in Blackpool and in the studio for some close up shots...

All the models look fantastic and it was difficult to make a decision on just one especially with five of us working on this project but I think we did very well communicating, and in the end it seems we all have a similar vision on how we want our shoot to look...

Sarah Jessica Parker's Style in Sex and the City...

I love SJP's style in Sex and the City it is very mix and match but I think that is quite quirky and sexy. Some of the items she wears really inspires me for our shoot...

Lips...

I know we want dramatic eyes with our make-up but am not sure what we want with lips and we will probably decide on the day, as if the eyes are really in your face we wont want the lips too over the top...

Lashes!!!!

Sexy long lashes can look amazing if applied correctly, I have never wore them but would love to but dont think id have the patience to put them on. But I think when doing a shoot like we are we want everything to be dramatic, they will be fab especially with a make-up artist putting them on...

Playing with Eye Shadow's

At Derek Lam, full application of the stuff reached all the way upto the brow, and, more surprisingly, colour was dragged across the lower lash line in place of liner, demanding a clean, understated, no mascara fringe.

I really like smokey eyes think they give a dramatic look and can add a major change to any make up style!!

Make - up EYES

For a dramatic look I really like to use eye-liner and lots of mascara and even false lashes to create the affect we would like!!!

Pat McGrath played with orange and purple half circles at Miu Miu, and Peter Phillips re-created a painted print borrowed from bags and shoes at Chanel. But Stephane Marais really took eyeliner to the extreme placing dashes of pigment above and below the eyes at Zac Posen. The desired effect 'Trashy with Dignity'.

I really like this collection and the clothes really inspire me for sourcing for our shoot, I know I probably wouldnt be able to get anything as lavish but we can try.
